I draw on a deep foundation of educational and clinical training to support adults and young people safely and effectively. My primary credentials include:

Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory
Level 5 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Counselling
BEd (Hons) In Education
Postgraduate Certificate in SEN
Mental health first Aid certificate
Safeguarding and Child protection training

In addition to my core qualifications, I am fully trained in Safeguarding and Suicide and Self-Harm intervention. I regularly undertake continuous professional development to ensure my practice remains current, responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of every individual I work with.

The BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) is a professional body that sets standards for safe, ethical counselling practice. As a registered member, I follow their ethical framework and professional guidelines.
